Business letter written on your
company’s letterhead addressed to the Embassy of Qatar. This
letter should indicate the applicant’s name, position in the
company, nature of business to be conducted in Qatar, name and
address of contact in Qatar, length of stay and the number of
entries requested. It should also state that the company
would be financially responsible for the applicant’s living
expenses including roundtrip transportation, and should be
signed by someone other than the applicant.

please submit a copy of letter of authorization from your
contracting U.S. government agency (example: Dept. Army, Dept.
of Navy, etc.)
