Saudi Arabia – Passport and Visa Required

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens
NOTE: Travel the World Visa will process the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs Enjaz Registration Form on your behalf.
Business Visa
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid for at least six months beyond date of entry, and must have two (2) adjoining blank pages for the visa )
- One (1) Visa Application Form completely filled out and signed
- One (1) passport type photograph
- Declaration Form must be signed and submitted with the visa application
- Signed COVID19 Declaration Form
- Your sponsor in Saudi Arabia must arrange an invitation approved by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The approval should be telexed to the Saudi Embassy in Washington DC and a notification is usually sent to the applicant. NOTE: An invitation from the Saudi Arabian Company approved by the Chamber of Commerce is also acceptable.

- Copy of the flight itinerary

Residence Visa
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid for at least six months beyond date of entry, and must have two (2) adjoining blank pages for the visa )
- One (1) Visa Application Form completely filled out and signed
- Four (4) passport type photographs
- Police clearance certificate (FBI Background Check) – MUST be issued by the FBI (applicable for applicants 18 years old and above). The FBI report must be apostille by the US Department of State or by the DC Secretary of State (need to be notarized first if apostille by the DC Secretary of State), we can assist you with this service. Must be recent cannot exceed (30) days from the date your documents enter the Consulate. State and county police reports are not acceptable.
- Declaration Form must be signed and submitted with the visa application
- Signed COVID19 Declaration Form
- Medical Report Forms (please download 3 copies) completely filled out and signed by the doctor doing the test (all forms must have the doctor’s original signature and the doctor’s office stamp or seal). Applicable only to those 12 years and over (Original Test results must be included with 2 copies). Medical report is valid for use within 3 months from issue date. NOTE: A separate letter from the doctor with this signature and office stamp are required for money pox. The letter should state the applicant was examined and the applicant is not exhibiting any signs or symptoms of monkey pox. The doctor just needs to observe the applicant’s skin to make sure there are no legions or sores. Important: Lab results for HIV, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C must be submitted. NOTE: 1 set of the original medical report must be apostille by the Secretary of State where the medical report was notarized, we can assist you with this service.
- Proof of relationship with the sponsor (a copy of the marriage certificate for the wife, or a copy of the birth certificate for the child). The document must be notarized as true and correct copy of the original document and then apostille, we can assist you with this service.
- Minors (under 18 years) traveling alone, or with one parent, must submit a notarized letter in Arabic or English signed by a parent or a legal guardian. The document must be notarized and then apostille, we can assist you with this service.
- Copy of the flight itinerary
- ORIGINAL resident permit (the YELLOW form)
- Copy of the IQAMA and US passport of the sponsor
- Travel the World Visas Service Order FormNOTE: Age of accompanying child may not exceed eighteen (18) years; accompanying daughters must be single. Children under the age of 12 do not need a medical report.
Family Visit Visa
- Valid and signed U. S. Passport (valid for at least six months beyond date of entry, and must have two (2) adjoining blank pages for the visa )
- One (1) Visa Application Form completely filled out and signed
- One (1) passport type photograph
- Declaration Form must be signed and submitted with the visa application
- Signed COVID19 Declaration Form

- Authorization number and date of issue for the invitation obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for the invitation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Once the request is granted, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the approval of the invitation directly to the Saudi Embassy in Washington, D.C. However, the spouse in Saudi Arabia should also obtain the authorization number & date of issue to be provided to the applicant here in the U.S.

Work or Employment Visa (Block Visa)
NOTE: The embassy does not give work permit for people over 60 years of age.

- Four (4) passport type photographs
- Declaration Form must be signed and submitted with the visa application

- Signed COVID19 Declaration Form
- Letter from the sponsoring company is required. Letter MUST indicate block visa number, date, position and name of applicant. NOTE: If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the letter should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements – please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency’s name to be listed on this letter.
- Digital (electronic) power of attorney from the Saudi employer generated by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. NOTE: If you use a third part to submit the application to the embassy, the power of attorney should include language authorizing the agency to finalize all visa requirements – please contact Travel the World Visas for the agency’s name to be listed on the power of attorney.
- Copy of the signed employment contract with the company in Saudi Arabia. Employment contract must be signed and sealed by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce. NOTE: This must be apostille by the Secretary of State where the employment contract was notarized, we can assist you with this service.
- Effective November 6, 2024, the applicant MUST pre-register their academic credentials with PACC (Professional Accreditation Program) via the following link: https://qvp.pacc.sa/home prior to submitting the work visa application to the embassy. If you need assistance with this process, Travel the World Visas will be able to assist for a fee ($250.00 – online submission to the PACC).

- If applicant previously worked in Saudi Arabia, please submit final exit from your last residence card. You can get the final exit document your last Saudi employer or the Saudi immigration, you may have received this final exit via text message
