Azerbaijan – Passport and Visa required

Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

Service Fee: $105.00 per person

Consular Fee for the Evisa: $45.00 per person

US citizen eligible for e-visa: single entry, valid for 3 months

 

Tourist visa (Required documents):

1.For visa application form go to https://visaapplication.mfa.gov.az/

2.Passport (both original and copy)

  • The passport must be valid for no less than three months after the date of your planned departure from Azerbaijan.
  • Persons who are not U.S. citizens must submit valid permanent resident card (green card) or copy of a valid U.S. visa.

3.Two passport sized photos

  • Photos must be taken within the last 6 months to reflect the current appearance.
  • Colored photos must be full face and on white background.

Business visa (Required documents):

 

Business visit visa is issued to foreigners and stateless persons for the purpose of establishing business relations or cooperation in the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of application of government authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, juridical persons acting in the Republic of Azerbaijan or physical persons engaging in entrepreneurship activity without establishing juridical person, as well as branches and representations of foreign juridical persons or to foreigners and stateless persons arriving with a document certifying that s/he is engaged in entrepreneurship activity in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

5. Invitation from the receiving party

  • The receiving party must send the invitation through Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
