Visa Requirements for U.S. Citizens

TOURIST VISA

  • Copy of a valid and signed U. S. Passport Bio Page (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry)
  • One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
  • Copy of roundtrip airline ticket or confirmed travel itinerary
  • A signed cover letter from the applicant addressed to the CMO (Chief Migration Officer) stating the following: purpose, visit site, accommodation, and contact details
  • Evidence of Funds (like recent bank statement)
  • Travel the World Visas Service Order Form

BUSINESS VISA

  • Copy of a valid and signed U. S. Passport Bio Page (valid at least 6 months beyond the date of entry)
  • One Visa Application Form completed and signed. The application form must have original signature.
  • Complete bio-data (resume) of applicant
  • A covering letter from the employer addressed to the CMO (Chief Migration Officer) stating the following: purpose, visit site, accommodation, and contact details.
  • Evidence of round trip tickets from Papua New Guinea must be supplied (tentative flights schedule, highly recommended)
  • Travel the World Visas Service Order Form

Service Fee:
$185.00/person/visa

Consular Fee:
$105.00/visa – Tourist Visa (valid for 6 months – Single entry – 2 months stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing

$255.00/visa – Business Visa (valid for 2 months – Single Entry – 8 weeks stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing

$505.00/visa – Business Visa (valid for 6 months – Multiple Entry – 8 weeks stay) – 7 to 10 business days processing

All consular fees above include a $5 money order fee (consulate/embassy accepts money order only).

Return Mail Fee (1-3 passports):
For Alaska and Hawaii, please add $25.00
